Best weapon refinement and B-slot for a +Spd/-Res Amelia ran in an armor team?
Should I go Atk or Spd refinement? With Spd I could hit 40 unbuffed; with Hone Armor, I wouldn't need Quick Riposte to double a very large majority of characters. However, MT refinement is also pretty tempting since she's only at 48 Atk without it.
Regarding B slots, I don't have access to Vengeful Fighter for SI. And for Bold Fighter, I plan on foddering off my only Lissa for Zelgius instead since Black Luna is a better special.
Bonfire
A: Fury or DC
B: Unsure
C: Armor March
S: Unsure
Any advice with reasoning would be appreciated.

Thanks for the response.
I'm thinking either Fury or DC. The problem is, I only have 1 Hector and if I fodder him off for DC, Amelia's gonna have to do his job better.
I was leaning on SPD too, but would 37 + buffs not be respectable enough without it? And would 48 ATK + buffs be enough if I did go the SPD route?
I'm aware that it would kinda change everything if I went fury instead of DC too.

37+6 from Hone Armor is just 43, and plenty of units have 39-40 speed so while you would avoid a double, you wouldn't necesarily doube them back. QR could fix this and make attack the better choice, however, then you might want DC on Amelia. If you are running offense (what I assume since you don't want to give up your Hector), I feel being able to double units up to 41 speed is more important, and you might even avoid a double some of the highest speed tier units. This 46 goes even higher if you run Fury, which also gives 51 attack instead of 48, fixing both your problems. I'm also assumed hone over goad, but if you have Hector and LA Eliwood then that shouldn't be a problem.
Note: If you are going to kill a Hector for another armor unit, give that unit the 2 skills that come before Goad Armor so that you only need 1 Hector to obtain both DC and Goad Armor.
