Best weapon for Gwendolyn in an Arena Core?

What is the best weapon for a support-oriented Gwendolyn for an Arena Core?

Assume a score optimized +Spd/-HP IV. I'll probably run Wary Fighter and a generic 240 SP A slot. Or maybe Distant Counter if there's a sufficiently compelling case for it, but I've only got two free copies on hand. C and S slots are flexible but probably Panic Ploy and Res Tactic.

Should I go with Berkut's Lance to enhance survivability? Slaying Spear to better soften armor units? Casa Blanca to negate rallies? Something else?

And which refine? Def seems generically useful, but Res is good for improving mixed bulk and resisting ploys.

If you go with Berkut's Lance and Res refine it, her mixed bulk will be great for arena.

Don't bother with gwen or really any armor anymore, its not worth the investment unless you actually like armors.

Berkut's lance and wary fighter is good, she is going to be hard to kill.
