Best users of Steady Blow 2?

Steady Blow isn't really that much of a desired A skill. I'd recommend just keeping him. He can still be made of use, even with an attack bane.

If for some reason you're desperate to fodder him, I made a watersweep build with Saizo that depends on tanking any physical attackers that counterattack. Steady blow is kind of perfect for it. The only things that counter it are QR builds that intend to block a double anyways and then moonbow/bonfire/iceberg/etc. back, Slaying lance + glimmer + DC Effie (or equivalent on someone like W.Chrom), and Felicia with prf as long as she doubles back.
