Best users of harmonic lance+

Just got screwed by my 4th pity breaker on the summer banner. I hate Shigure and will never use him, so I was wondering who uses his lance well, or if darting stance is good on anyone?

That was the reply I was hoping to see. I got 2 of her on Lucy's banner and thought about giving 1 of them her sons lance before merging.

The problem with harmonic lance is that anything that can get good use out of it would be better off with slaying.
