Best Users of Brazen Atk/Spd?

Hi all,

Got a spare W!Robin that's just kicking around, so I thought I'd give his Brazen Atk/Spd away to someone and was wondering who makes the best use of it?

I'm aware that the buffs given by this skill are considered spurs, so they don't directly contribute to the Blade tome effect, but since they activate at a similar threshold to skills like Desperation and Vantage, would Brazen Atk/Spd synergise well on Blade tome users?

I already have a Lyn with the skill in conjunction with refined Sol Katti that is very fun, but I'm open to any other suggestions.
