Best units for inheriting?

Most units I keep, it's more of who to exclude. characters with skills at 4 stars like obstruct, pass, res+3, defiant things, and such don't need to be kept around. I would not let go of anything that seems useful- like barte's brash assault or gunter's hone calvary.

Hanna-LnD (only lvl 2 but still useful)
Draug-ward armor
Barst-reposition
Frederick-Luna, wings of mercy 2
Cain-WoM 3
Donnell-drag back, +5hp (not the best but still useful)
Camilla/corin(f)-draconic aura (not the most disposable units but if you got extra 4 stars)
Arthur-swap
Subaki- quick riposte 2
Hawkeye-death blow 2
Klein-death blow 3 (still haven't gotten one of him...)
Nino-draw back, gronnblade (both from 3 star)
Shanna-desperation

Kinda a long list but these are characters I keep around just in case, or have used multiple times. And they can pass these skills at 4 star (some 3 star)

Adult tiki has both bonfire and lightning breath so a plague on your house if you send her home.

Abel- Swordbreaker 3 at 4 stars. Brave Lance + at 5 stars.
Cain-Wings of Mercy 3 at 4 stars. Brave Sword + at 5 stars.
Camilla- Everything that she has is useful. Especially at 5 stars. You could inherit Savage Blow and Draconic Aura at 4 stars though.
Corrin (F) Hone Atk 3 or Draconic Aura.
Hinata- Fury 3 at 4 stars.
Selena- Reposition and Threaten Spd 3 at 4 stars.
Shanna- Desperation 3 at 4 stars.
Subaki- Quick Riposte 2 at 4 stars.
Tiki (Adult)- Bonfire at 4 stars, Lightning Breath + at 5.
Peri- Threaten Def 3 at 4 stars.
Lon'qu- Vantage 3 at 4 stars.
Laslow- Noontime and Axebreaker 3 at 4 stars.
Klein- Death Blow 3 at 4 stars, Quick Riposte 3 at 5.
Hawkeye- Death Blow 2 aand Threaten Atk 3 at 4 stars.
Gunter- Hone Cavalry at 4 stars.
Fae- Renewal 3 at 4 stars.

I could go on, but I'm pretty sure that I've listed most if not all of the units who could serve as fodder. Hope this helps.
