Best unit with close counter ?

Just got a Takumi with horrible iv (+hp,-atk) and was wondering who I should give Close Counter to?
What should i look for ?
Each time i think of something, there's always a better option/build for the unit.

WRYS! But in all seriousness, defensive mages like Robin, Boey, Merric, are good with it. Leon and Gordin are good as well.

Exactly what Plebgar said. I absolutely love Merric, so its been my dream to get a malfunctioned Takumi so that I can give Merric CC. He's +Def/-Res so he can definitely get into people's faces and start rampaging with his magic.
