You can run a Doublade (Nino+Tharja) with Quad Buff from Ephraim and Olivia as a Dancer for extra nuking.

Theres no right answer. Just what works best for you. Id actually argue to have camus instead and just buff the old fashion way. With camus ud run reposition and would allow for more flexible plays than just a rally bot

if you pull ninian from the next hero fest banner, you can try for dragon team.

you can build around your nino, using erika or ephraim as a buffer (though erika is better since she comes with hone spd 3 already). or you can use both since it'd be good type coverage. nowi is also a good choice (instead of ephraim) as you can bait with her lightning breath +. i'd throw in olivia for dance.
