As I said in your other post give Myrrh Def Ploy (seal or C).

Since your Myrrh is +Res she can run Ploys pretty well. No only can she help your favorite red sword fliers hit harder, but her own weapon benefits greatly from it as well. Unless you plan on running Dragons as the other members change out her C slot (and I'd opt for Quick Riposte on her B or seal).

For the rest of your team you could go for the Tactics angle or full on fliers, which I'd recommend H!Mia with a Dazzling refine and Wings of Mercy as a great support unit.
