Best Special skill for -Atk +Spd Hinoka

I have a Hinoka, but I don't know which special skill I should give her. Her build is:
Hinoka's Spear (unique refine)
Death Blow
Vantage
Hone Fliers
Heavy Blade
(I am thinking about Moonbow, but I don't know.)

If she were +Atk, then she could run Draconic Aura well (mine is and mine does). But since she’s -Atk, Luna would be a safer option.

likely moonbow, also heavy blade is a little inconsistent with only 48 atk, you might want to consider switching it out for a spd 3 seal or quickened pulse seal.
