Best skillset for a +def -res micaiah??

i have just summoned a +def -res micaiah and i already inherited QR for her B slot and for the rest i just used her base skillset. Offensively she isn't that good with this skillset and defensively only against horses or mage-armored units, so i tought that fury could be the solution, but that kicks her out of the QR-range way to fast so i dont know what to do...
