Best Shell Lance User?

So,While Searching For Nina/Hrìd,I Found A Summer Cordelia -Atk +Def.Pretty Much The Story.

I tried summoning for Hector or Lucina, got two Summer Cordelia instead. Mediocre IV's, as well.

Been theorycrafting to try and ease the pain a bit, and the one unit i found that could work well with it.... is Gwendolyn.

I'm building a +spd-HP Gwendy for Arena. Shell Lance allows her to more safely attack into anything by denying even more doubles (she will reach 40 speed with Spd/Def+ buff on initiation). It also adds to her overall tankiness. This makes her a very safe chip damage dealer with the Poison Strike Seal.

really no one actually make use of this lance, because lance unit in general are EP unit or flier unit.
the fast lancer like Nephenie can be a good candidate, but her dauntless lance is much better lance than this.

and fast flier generally going to use firesweep lance anyway, so shell lance is kinda a bad weapon actually.
Even SCordelia herself is much better with firesweep lance.

did you missread what I wrote ?
I said shell lance is bad, because lance unit tend to be an EP unit.
even the PP unit like flier actually prefer firesweep over that lance.

For the player phase ones, though, Shell Lance provides more speed than a Firesweep Lance ever could. I'd much rather get five extra speed from the weapon, alone.

well I'd prefer not to get counterattack, since most of the PP lancer are flier, so they are so good at hit and run firesweep.

you can give the average spd cavs like roderick or oscar to boost their overall stats though.
but well might just use Scordelia, because their stat not that much different.

Any player phase lance would be happy for it. Cordelia in a duelist build (acknowledged that she has much more optimal builds), an offensive Donnel, Peri, etc.
