Best place for high level (40) SP grinding

Recently, I've just been grinding the special training maps and I've begun to wonder- is there any better alternative? Chain Challenges, and if so, which ones and how??

I think special training maps are the best option, almost half stamina used and better SP.

is better if some bonus are used ( Valor skill,Blessing or maps bonus) but the detail is train the unit that take advantage of the map, contrary can be a little more "difficult" .

Training maps, you simply need 2 walls to tank the enemies, 1 dancer and the unit that needs to grind sp.
