Best Olivia for upgrade

Neutral is completely acceptable, so it depends on what you prefer. She's mainly a support hero and you're most likely give her the Ruby sword just for the triangle adept effect, if that's the case you'd want to go with the +spd in order to stop follow ups but if that attack bothers you then going with Neutral is fine.
