Best New Year Azura to build?

So I pulled New Years Azura fairly early on this legendary banner and she had a +Res / -Atk IV. The minus Atk was kinda unfortunate but I reasoned that she'd be mostly support than an attacker so I went with it. Recently however, I pulled another Azura with a +Atk / -HP IV which according to this site, is almost perfect for her.

So here's my question. Should I merge my original Azura into this new one or vice versa? Like I had said earlier she'd mostly be built for support so I'm not sure if the plus Atk is really worth it and Fury 3 makes the difference non-existent. What should I do?

Did you already invest in the first one you pulled or is she still on her basic skill set?

The first one I put in my flier team. So far I've given her Iceberg and Fury 3 but not much else.

Sorry late follow up. Anyways, I think you're better off using the +Atk one - if you think you need Hagoita, the dance or Hone Fliers you could fodder off the old one and just move onto using the new one.

If you feel you don't want to waste the Fury 3 and Iceberg and don't think you have use for the other skills then merging would be an option.

Personally I probably would not merge.

You’ve got more options with +Atk/-HP. Azura is less of a liability if she can hold her own in a fight if needed. -Atk bane shuts down that option.
