Celica Ragnarok has strong Synergy for your grp and with life and death 3 she can actually become a Blade without 0 support.
But from skills clear Wrathful Staff. Elise Cavalry is a thing now.

Logically aim for rarer one is better in the long term, Ike and Mist turn into 5* exclusive from last banner, Ike was easy to guess, but Mist was a random choice no one was able to predict with 100% certainly.

This time Celica and another hero will become a 5* exclusive while the others will become 4*. So when in doubt aim for Celica.

They made Celica stats kind of balanced which put a damper to her over-all power but unlike Jaffar both her Attack and Speed are above average so she's workable.

Celica/Mae are the normal high atk/spd mages, both can be potentially better than the already existing mages if use right. Boey should basicly be build like Robin(M), making him a situational unit but viable. Genny makes a new possible team comp for Arena.

All four are not bad to roll, with Boey being the least favorable. Personally, I want to roll Genny. I like trying new things for my team.
