best ivs/Skills for Staff sakura/ ToD Sakura

need some iv suggestion from her she might be kind of weak but i still wanna use her and promote them to 5* and merge to +10 (F2P) all of them are 4* and willing to promote them

+Def -Res
+Spd -Res
+Res -Spd
+Res -Atk

And I managed to pull a NEUTRAL halloween nekura. need some skill suggestions from the SI. fury must be a staple for her right?

Best Ivs for staff sakura would probably be +atk -hp
For H!Sakura, a good build would be:
kitty paddle/rogue dagger(+spd)
Draw back/dual rally
Iceberg
Fury
Desperation
any C
def ploy SS/spd+3 SS

For staff Sakura, it really depends how you want to use her. I personally went for a +DEF IV, and it really helps her in attrition fights when combined with Fear+. A +DEF build is also the build you'll see being used for Lu Bu's Dr. Sakura videos (which are awesome if you are interested -- just search YouTube for Dr. Sakura). I don't like the -RES bane on your +DEF though, so you may be better off doing the +ATK route.

My Sakura actually has two builds:
Dazzling Pain+ / Dazzling Fear+
Physic+ / Martyr+
Miracle
Fortress Def 3 / Brazen Atk/Def 3 (depending how much you want to invest)
Wings of Mercy 3 / Renewal 3
Savage Blow 3 / Breath of Life 3

I mostly use her with Savage Blow and Pain+ which functions great in most cases, but for things like TT or other attrition fights, the Fear+ / Marty+ / Renewal build does better for survival.

Also, I highly recommend conferring a blessing to her before you start grinding for SP. Was recommended by someone here (I forget who, sorry), and it's made a huge difference.
