Best IVs for Olivia

I have 3 olivias and their IVs are as follows:
- 4 star with +HP -Spd
- 4 star with +Def -HP
- 4 star with +Def -Res
- 3 star with Neutral IVs

Out of those 4, which is the best choice for me to level up? If any of these are good? What Skills would you reccomend?

Neutral one with rubi sword or triangle adept. The only IV worth on olivia are +At-Res or +Speed-Res. But neutral Olivia is really good if you build arround triangle advantage.

The one I promoted to 5* at the very beginning of the game was a +Def -HP, and she has served me very well since. I guess a +Spd is better tho, but with +Def she ends up with 30 Def and the HP wan be fixed with the Seal or with the +5 HP Skill. And even without Triangle Adept or Ruby Sword, she has never lost to a Hector (but to some Ninos she did :( )

Her primary role is to give her turn away and as such Wings of Mercy is almost always her best B slot. For her other skills it depends on what secondary role you plan to have her fill on your team.

Dedicated Green Check: Neutral with Ruby Sword
Pinchhitting Burst: +DEF -RES with Wo Dao
Debuff: +HP -SPD with Panic Ploy and HP +5

I run her merged at 4* as a dedicated green check. Certain powerful greens - like Nino and some Hector builds - still destroy her but in general she walls/checks/counters them.
