Best IVs for Fae

Hey Everyone,
Long story short, Im getting bored with the game, so I thought I would finally build a dragon emblem team.
I have two different Faes with -hp bane for both, with one having +attack and the other with +speed.
Which is more optimal to build? or does it not really matter in the long run?
(P.S. aside from steady breath/ warding breath, I'm planning on giving her all the skills she requires like QR3, Aether, Lightning breath+, etc. and her team mates will probably be Nowi, Myrrh and A!Tiki)
