My Marth currently sits at 5* +10 so I've had the time to experiment with his different IV sets. The boon you'll want to look out for is +Spd and the bane either -HP or -Res.
While Marth prefers to just spur/drive his allies alot he fills his niche as a dragon slayer. Speed is important in this factor as it allows him to consistently double speedy dragons like F!Grima, Y!Tiki, speed built Nowi, and F!Corrin. It also functions as a secondary form of bulk preventing him from getting doubled by other fast swords and mages.
There's very little choice between -HP and -Res because you'll basically be taking the same hits from dragons anyway. I chose Res because I run a Reciprocal Aid build with double Renewal and I'd like him to have a higher HP pool.
Out of the ones you have though, for now I'd run with +Atk/-Res. Only reasoning for picking Atk over Spd right now is because Marth has a super bane in Defense and putting yourself down to 25 def makes you pretty squishy.
