Best hero for a Firesweep sword build?

Just really want to use a fire sweep sword preferably not a 5star exclusive sinceu account is kinda newish and I don't have many good heros

Soleil. She comes with it in her base kit, is available at 4*, and she can put it to great use with LnD, Heavy Blade, etc.

Probably Soleil or maybe L!Ryoma?

Soleil or Hana.

Athena is also a pretty good Firesweep Sword user, but her default Wo Dao is just as good if not better.

Besides Hana and Soleil, maybe Cain or Palla for an emblem team.

Until you can get Legendary Ryoma, go with Soleil at the moment. She is very effective even with budget friendly builds.
