I think either 2 or 4, since her base atk isn't that high she won't make great use of brave bow and her low speed asks for qr

I'd go with 2.

i like 3rd build, dull ranged situational tho, but i enjoy when niche skills used somewhere instead of beeing forgoten. But 2nd build will be more effective, probably.
