Best dual rally skill of all time?

So Which Dual rally skills do you guys think is the best? for me it's between atk/spd or def/res.

and I'm also asking this for some insights on what dual rally I should use on my teams.

I'm pretty partial to Def/Res since I end up using Dual Rallies more in Arena, where my play style is more bait and Enemy Phase oriented

Def/Res is pretty good when you stack it with Spur Def/Res which can be found on M!Morgan at 4*
