Best build for -spd +res Nephenee

I know, horrible IVs but I gotta work with what I've got.

It's down to a choice between fury (for more bulk and guaranteed wrath after battle) or life and death (for more speed to not get doubled and less def for wrath proc) at this point

Any better build ideas are welcome as well.
