Best Boon for Winter Robin?

I pulled two Robins off of the Legendary Hero banner and I’m super happy about it. They are both -Res, but one is +Spd and the other is +Atk. Which one is the better Robin?

I'm picking +spd, I also pulled a +spd -res Winter Robin. A spd refined lance pushes him to 40 spd which is fast for an armored unit. I'm planning on running desperation for some funny stuff when it activates as his brazen atk/spd A skill will push his spd up to 47.

Attack, his speed is throw away, you could get a +atk -Spd Berkut lance + set going eventually
