Best Blue unit?

I was just curious out of the units that I currently have, which was my best blue mage for Arena.
Notable inclusions are just have:
Linde (+Res, -Atk)--> (Desperation 3 + Fury 3 + Dragon Fang, Fortify res 3) --> currently on my Arena team
Robin (+Spd, -Res)--> (Triangle adept 3, Swordbreaker 3, Bonfire, Spur def 3)
Reinhardt (+Atk, -HP)--> (No SI as of yet, but will have a full build somewhat soon-ish)

Reason I'm asking, is because I've heard that Reinhardt only shines in horse emblem teams and well, my Linde's IVs leave a Lot to be desired, and Robin, well, he's my MVP in the tempest trials imo.

Reinhardt doesn't only shine in horse emblem, he normally KOs units and considering u have a +atk one you should be perfectly fine without horse emblem. For Linde sadly she does have a -atk IV although she still does a ton of damage regardless. Robin is Robin ?

Inherit deathblow 3 this reinhardt and watch him destroy everything thats not julia in arena.

reinhardt also cannot kill soren

And others high res green units like sharena.
But the point is, almost all of them is rarely seen, at least for me, in arena besides julia.
