Best blue manakete?

Who would you say is the best blue infantry mergeable manakete? So yeah Male Kana is out. I ask this question as I hesitate which one of these 2 should I build as a mixed-phase unit:
- Female Corrin, that can become fast af for a manakete (let's not speak of Summer Tiki and Legendary Grima though), however she hits like a wet noodle as I have yet to find a +Atk (and even then 43 with a refined breath is meh) and must be highly merged to reach an acceptable potential considering the meta
- Nowi, with much less Spd and 4 less Def, but a higher BST by 6 and more Atk and Res + Hp

I would run them with a classic Spd-refined breath, Aether and A-skill Breath, B-skill depending on Spd reached by the unit

If you're going for arena scoring, then going for Nowi would be the better choice. I personally chose to use Corrin for her defense since i had an extra Steady Breath.

I think F!Corrin has better mixed phase potential than Nowi if that's what you are looking for. But Nowi performs better in arena where spd is not as coveted in the highest tiers. If you're going to be building Nowi, I would invest into her enemy phase build instead.
