Best Blue ivs

I always wondered since there are many IV that are good on the Following units:Cordelia and reinhardt.
Reinhardt wants +Attack but which Bane is Better?
Cordelia wants both +attack and +Speed due her brave weapon but which Bane is Better? Also which is Better +attack or +Speed?

Honestly, the bane on Reinhardt doesn't matter much as long as it isn't -Atk. The goal is to take out an enemy without having them retaliate and he'll do that well enough with a +Atk boon and Death Blow 3.

Cordelia, I would say +Spd is better so she can run a quad build more successfully. Her best bane is going to be HP, but -Def is probably the next best

Also i really know that reinhardt dosen't care about Bane as long as he is + Attack but it would be Better with -speed or def or hp?

-Speed is definitely the best bane. He is going to be doubled by virtually everyone that gets a chance to attack him so it doesn't make a difference. For Cordelia, her bulk is pretty bad and you don't want her to be taking hits. I only say -Def because with neutral Resistance you have at least slightly better odds of living through a mage attack, while being attacked by any melee unit that isn't red will just annihilate her. Even some swords can beat her assuming you aren't using Triangle Adept. But if you have only a -Res Cordelia she is definitely still a good unit

-speed actually depends a bit because if planned to use on a horse team usually you want to go with a different bane just because not as many units can double him when he is getting an extra 6-10 speed^^

With Cordelia go for +ATK if you play her with the brave lance or +SPD with the firesweep lance.
Cordelia only has 33 speed with brave lance + SPD Boon she won't quad a lot of units in Arena and she will take a lot of damage from counterattack before her follow up. With a +ATK boon (+6damages) you're more likely going to kill before retaliation.
Cordelia doesn't need to quad against red units and if you want her to deal more easily with blue units I recommend lancebreaker. Anyways +SPD with brave lance still work really well, but while playing her I figured out that +ATK boon made her more consistent and durable.

TL;DR:
With Cordelia go for a +spd boon with firesweep lance+/L&D/Hit&Run or +Atk boon with Brave lance+/DB/Hit&run.

Tip: In both builds you can add QP seal + moonbow to sky rocket your damages during your first fight
