Best Berkut lance user?

I got my berkut, and simply said, he sucks. The only thing good about him is his lance, But I dont know to whom the lance should passed. I see people go with effie and florina. Any other user of it?

Jagen is another user of Berkut's Lance and can pull off a Res build with it.

Lukas is a respectable Berkut lance user if you want to give him some mixed bulk.
Donnel il also quite good as mixed DC tank with it

But yes, I've passed berkut lance of effie with DC and she is a fucking monster. I have an Effie +res -spd with berkut lance +def, and she is an amazing mixed tank with 55/37/34 defensives stats when attacked at +0. Add to this a DD SS and she is at 43def 40 res vs distances units... For a unit with 23bases res at neutral, that's something!
For me, Effie is probably the best Berkut lance user, she has the bulk and the dmg. With berkut lance, she just eliminate her "only" weakness => low res.

I've test Berkut lance on Effie and Donnel and the result is amazing.

But there is more choices (often unit with good physical bulk but a bad magical bulk) : Nephenee, Oboro, Gwendolyn, W!Robin, Lukas. Friends have already tested thoses and the resultat was very good.
LA!Eliwood can be quite good with it and DC but i don't have any data about it.

Yeah Effie is one of the best choices for Berkuts Lance, but any lancer with a Res stat over 25 or so can be very good with it. I've someone on my friend list with a Berkuts Lance Shiro, so really any decent Res lancer can use it

I gave Gwendolyn (+res/-spd) Berkuts Lance (res refined) and ive been enjoying her stats at 35 res + with its +7 res when attacked, perfect mage and dragon tank with a 38 def wall, shes just like Sheena but with a lance! Then a distance/close def seal and/or (A)skill, your looking at 44def/42res (with 1 cd/dd), 50def/48res (with 2 cd/dd) unmerged, better wallage than Effie but with lower atk but i usually perfer tanking than power with the meta combo aether with vengeance fighter with this setup
