Best Bad IV Bride Caeda

Hey everybody, yesterday I pulled a +Res -Atk Bridal Caeda, and this morning a +HP -Spd one. I know that both are absolutely terrible, but I lack good blue infantry mages and want to make do. If I use Blarblade +, which do you all recommend is better? Thanks in advance for any suggestions and a big F*** you to IVs.
