Best Ata Spd Bond user

Maybe Im pulling for Bridal Tharja only for her A skill. There are a lot of my heroes who can really enjoy her skill Ata Spdd Bond 3. Some options. Who is the best for you:

-Saias and Canas. Yes, Im building these units the best way they can be. What is the best option for Canas? Since his Spd is not that bad (actually has base 34 with Fury 3) and the skill can fit with his default tome (Refined +3 Spd). He can get +7 Ata Spd when he is close to an ally. I dont see this skill is that worth for Saias, he also has Fury 3. I use him like a debuffer equilibrate mage. Losing Fury 3 also means losing Resistence...

Innes: He already has Aya Res Bond, but he is -Res... He gets base 34 Spd. With an ally cliuse he would get 40 speed. With Ata Res Bond he can get like 35 resistence when he is close an ally. Im not sure if should focus his abiamity to tank mages (Resiatence +QR) or his speed.
