Beruka or Michalis for Guidance seal support?

Would Beruka or Michalis be better for Guidance seal support? I want to be able to move Zelgius around with it as the tag-partner

Personally I would go with michalis with his refined Axe, use sol and reciprocal aid to heal Zelgius when needed.
