So...He's One Of My Favorite Characters From Fire Emblem And I Want To Build Him Since His GHB.However, I Don't Know What To Put On Him.Have Someone Any Suggestion That isn't expensive?

It depends, do you want a defensive or an offensive build?

Offensive.I Already Have A 53 Def S!Xander So Offense Would Be Good.

you can give him a Brave lance, since his speed is bad anyway, also I would suggest you to go for Bonfire/Ignis, death blow 3, lance breaker, and the third skill depends on your team, you can go for a tactic skill if it's not a cavarly team or hone cavarly if it is

Personally I would go for a defence set, since he does come with a nice weapon for it.

For defence, you could go with fury. Atk/def Bond or close def if you happen to have it. With quick riptose and a close def seal. Then pick if you want a def or res refine. This way he can tank a lot of melee units. Though he might be able to take a ranged hit as well.

A desperation+brash assault set could work on him foe offence though

For starters play around with his base set. He's designed to be able to take hits from mages deceptively well. If you enjoy that aspect after using him a bit then consider inheriting Brazen Def/Res from M!Kana if you have more than 1. This will make him a bit extra tanky.

If you still want him to be offensively oriented consider Harmonic Lance or Slaying Lance.
