B!Charlotte

You can just build any of her builds from this site and give her an attack seal, bringing her attack back to neutral. Can't really come up with more detailed builds since I'm on my phone right now ^^;

She's still got a great offensive stat line. Slaying or harmonic lance with fury aren't bad options. Desperation and threaten speed may let her double. I don't really know since mine is -speed so I build her to tank, but just experiment, she's definitely worth building

I think I have a B!Charlotte with those exact same IVs. For A slot, keeping her exclusive skill is perfectly fine. If you want to invest something, Fury isn't too bad, and works well with her high HP pool. For her B slot, you can try Wings of Mercy, so her weapon can pull off some buffs right out of nowhere. Vantage and Desperation are also choices if you want to take the safer option. Her C slot can remain the same, since Threaten Atk is good for units that don't kill enemies on their first encounter. I personally don't like removing exclusive skills that units have, so my build was her base weapon (exclusive) with a atk refine or spd refine, her base A slot skill (exclusive), a B slot choice of the above, and her base threaten atk (because I was lazy).
