BBBS Crisis- Bun Bun B Skill

I need a B Skill for Sharena, I just so happen to have a spare Catria lying around, should I give her Chill Res? Or would it be too redundant with her tome?

you could potentially debuff 2 different units with chill res, but I'm not sure if it's worth using up her b slot when you could have something like desperation. your call
