Barst theorycraft

I'm working on getting a 4 star +10, and I'm thinking of giving him Emerald Ax. With his HP total, I think he could even survive Reinhardt, if only just. I'm also considering possibly doing a 5 star +10, but a 4 star +10 will do until I can get 10 more of him to 5 star.

So, what skills would he want most? (DC is not available, though I bet he could work wonders with it.)

I took a 4*+10 Neutral Barst and he survived a 5*+10 Death Blow Attack boon Quickened Pulse Moonbow Reinhardt with hone cav boost and he survived with this build:

Emerald Ax+
Reposition
Bonefire
Water Boost 3
Axebreaker 3
Hone Speed 3
No sacred seal

Most of this build is just my personal preference. The two big skills are the Emerald Ax+ and Water Boost 3. With his good HP pool, he is a good user of Boost skills. You can add the Distant Defense SS if you want even more bulk, and most of these slots are open to customization. Hope this helps!
