Barb Shuriken or Kitty Paddle Cecilia?

Barb Shuriken would be good for a Glacies build but Kitty Paddle would absolutely solidifiy her mage checking.
Idk, which one? Or should I do neither?

Sadly, no it cannot be refined. So I'd go with barb. I am anyways.

I have a NY!takumi (34 atk) with just glimmer and he pretty much one shots most mages on the counter. With the added bonus of taking out Blyns and eirs.

The res refine also solidifies her ability to take on rein with DD

Why would you kill your sakura :(

I've actually had it on Kaze for the longest time. I regretted foddering that Niko Sakura. It was not worth :(
