Banner Priority?! (changed)

(Old: Everyone says it's going to be a Tharcia Banner. Now I saw some speculations on Leif, Nana and Finn for the banner. Where is this info coming from? Can someone provide the source?)

Now I never played Tharcia but I want to try for Bunny Catria further and the CD Banner is also very nice as I have None of those heroes. CD Banner sounds like the best way to go isn't it? (Quite out of orbs so have to plan the next 2 weeks with every f2p orb)
