Banner Disapointment

So...I'm a bit surprised they used Amelia since she was one of 3 'underpromoted' units you could train into one of 2 base unit types after 10 levels and they all had like 3-4 final upgrades but they seem to have chosen her General path for what just might be a better Sheena honestly.

I'm fine with Innes and Seth really, they have some more skills we'll probably want and such later but...

Am I the only one that saw 'Winged Princess' and got excited for Myrrh the dragon, only to be disappointed at yet another pegasus lance...?

amelia is actually one of the best unit in fe sacred stones
her general path is the best path for her there too, high atk, great spd, great def, but lower res, who knows abt her stats in heroes though,

innes had his place as a sniper on sacred stones, so i doubt his stats will be mediocre
seth, is a bit of a downer, but he was great for pre promo in sacred stones, so, i wont complain

and tana is easily the best flier in sacred stones, though the amount of lance flier here is annoying but hey, at least she got a legendary weapon, and considering how good she was in sacred stones, high chance that her stats won't disappoint us by much

btw the units we got in the banner are more likely from eirika side, considering their relationship and all, aside from amelia
maybe in the future they will release the chars from ephraim side as well,

also, joshua and lute haven't came out yet, sacred stone banners still have hope

Seth is probably the most surprising pre-promotion in the series as his growths are impressive. A level 20 Seth has an easy time in end game. He's one of the best paladins in that game.

Amelia is also one of the best units. Her, Ross, and especially ewan, are the most broken units in that game with crazy growths. They easily overpower other units and are definitely top tier. I was surprised by innes as (once you level her up) neimi is over twice the sniper he is. They honestly should have put her in, she's flat out better in every way.

I don't know about you, but when I saw tana, I was probably expecting someone that wasn't tana. I was like "omg fe8 heroes are we gonna get Garcia or lute finally!" So I kinda hyped myself for units.

I'm going to leave a pic of a level 20 Seth from fe8. Bring some nostalgia back in here. I know the quality isn't the best but it's a phone snapping a pic of my ds screen

By this game's logic Amelia should become the unit with the highest BST in the game.
Armored Units get a small stat bonus in exchange for their lower mobility. Underpromoted units also get another stat bonus.

I can't fathom how crazy that would make Amelia, considering her base kit is nearly optimal. With her double stat boost she will likely have over 50 HP, meaning earth boost activates against literally everything except Zephiel. As an armor unit, she will most likely have a high base def too, I assume around 35, so with +Def and Earth Boost she has 44 unbuffed. On top of that she has the Slayer Axe so with Quick Riposte, you can have turn 1 Ignus activations with a likely also great base attack.

I doubt Amelia will have higher Res than Sheena to give Sheena at least one reason to exist, but Sacred Cowl hints at a higher Res too. Speed might be an issue. If she is too fast Ignus tactics wont work as well.
Though all this might be wrong. Her C skill gives her 2 Movement, so maybe that results in missing out on the stat boost.

Seth seems super boring, Innes is one of my favourite SS characters and if he has 30 base Resistance he will rock fortress resistance. Tama has an insane legendary weapon along with two new skills, one of them being extremely innovative. I don't see how anyone would be disappointed by this.

Seth was the only unit necessary to complete sacred stones so I cant wait for him to have the first BST of 300
