What should I do with these questionable IV units? Which should I invest in, if any? None of them have blessings except for Soren, and none have inherited skills except for when specified.
+Res -Atk Ryoma, who has no good fodder skills. I have quite a few powerful Red sword units already, including VL Ike, Zelgius, Siegbert, Alm, and Soleil.
+Hp -Atk Young Tiki, who also has no good fodder skills. However, I don't have any built Red manakete yet. Tiki (A) would be better though. She was also my first ever 5* unit.
+Def -Hp Hinoka, who has so-so IVs that could be usable. I don't have any sort of built Flier Emblem team, and she's my only 5* Blue flier. She has Reposition but nothing else. Is she worth building on a budget? I just don't know if she's worth investing in or not.
+Res -Hp Soren, who has Glacies and Draw Back but nothing else. It's another set of usable but less-than-ideal IVs that I don't know what to do with. I'm not sure if he's worth investing in, considering I have a +Atk Gronnblade S! Elise. However, those are my only two Green mages.
+Res -Atk LA Roy, who has terrible IVs but I keep him for good mixed bulk and Bow Valour. So I won't fodder him, because he's somewhat useful. I don't know if I should actually build him at all or not though - right now, he has Glacies and Green Tomebreaker 3.
+Res -Atk Micaiah, who I'm definitely not foddering because I really love her. However, is she worth trying to invest in at all? I could probably still pull off some sort of decent build despite the bad IV. I gave her Draw Back, Iceberg, and Swordbreaker 2.

I have a +Spd -Atk Ryoma, slap Fury 3, Vantage and the Speed +3 ss and he'll hit 50 Atk and 41 Speed, and be a better mage check than mine.
+Res -HP Soren will actually be pretty good with his refine, since it's a Chill and an Owltome effect all in one.
Micaiah's an amazing Res tank, and the awesome damage her specials will do will be pretty nice.
I can't say much about the others, sorry. But I think you can make them work quite well.
+Res -Atk Ryoma: -Atk Ryoma isn't all bad, as his bane can be offset with a Hone Attack or an Attack +3 seal, but if you have other, more reliable, sword units, then it might be best not to bother with using up resources for him unless you really like him.
+Hp -Atk Young Tiki: Eh, if you invest in her, then I recommend building her in a similar fashion to someone like, for example, Felicia: Have all of her damage come from Bonfire/Ignis specials. She can still fulfill the role of a mixed tank, but her attack is quite bad.
+Def -Hp Hinoka: These are fine. They aren't the best, but the bane doesn't interfere with her important stats, which are speed and attack. This Hinoka can actually take a hit or two before needing to tiptoe around the battle field, which is pretty interesting.
+Res -Hp Soren: These are fine. It's not +Speed, but it's enough resistance to get him into a reliable ploy range, and, if you really want to, you can refine his Wind's Brand for the Owltome effect, the speed refine, or the resistance refine. Any of those are completely fine.
+Res -Atk LA Roy: Mage tank. Build him similarly to Felicia. Give him Guard Bow, Distant Defense A slot and seal. Give him Iceberg or Glacies as well as Quick Riposte and have him receive Fortify Cavalry (or Res tactic) and watch him tank mages. Of course if you don't need a mage tank, then don't invest in him.
+Res -Atk Micaiah: Basically the same thing as LA!Roy. She has a TON of resistance, making her an excellent mage tank and ploy user.
I highly recommend in investing on LA Roy! I got the same IVS and gave him both a guard bow (Res) and DD seal and Quick reposte. He eats mages and bow users for breakfast tbh with that 1 round iceberg. If only I have a spare micaiah or celica I'd give him a DD a slot ( gave him mirror strike since im still waiting for DD)
I use him in my horse emblem replacing lyn (yea I know don't hit me. I just don't really like meta heroes ahahaha) lyn and rein both tickle him (unless they use a special but even then reins moonbow didn't reach that high)
