[bad] Legendary banner pulls

I got a -Atk + Def Legendary Lyn.
I also got a -Def + Res Fallen Celica.

What should I do? Are they worth training?

Fallen Celica isn't bad, her attack and speed are unaffected. It's pretty common to dump her defenses anyway with L&D and with Zofia she's still got alright bulk with 21/24 Def/Res and 40HP. Fury is obviously the other way to go to keep it as good/great bulk.
