Bad IVs on tharja?

I have pulled a 5 star tharja a while back and have -speed and +res on her. Is she still good or should i forget about her and wait for another one?

Answers

You can make the speed neutral with an S-support and Sacred seal, and she'll be fast with her native Darting Blow 3. Don't underestimate Tharja, she has a blade tome and can easily kill some of the common greens in the meta.
