Bad IVs on tharja?

I have a 5 star tharja with -spd and +res. Is she any good or should i just forget about her

feed her to Leo for her blade tome. if not, merge her downwards into a 4-star thajra and merge those into a 4-star +10 over time.

Leo is really bad. There is no way i will do that
