Bad IV's?

Hey, I recently got a +spd/-def LA!Hector and a neutral Grima. Are they worth using or should i invest more orbs into getting better ones? Gotten four LA!Lilina but only one hector though...

While I can't really speak for Hector, a neutral Grima is pretty good since he hits pretty hard even if he has an Attack bane. Start training up Grima, he won't let you down.

That's great! A lot of my units have undesired IV's so I was hoping a neutral one was alright :)

You're going to use them a lot to the point they even main for your arena team? Go ahead and pull for better IVs. Otherwise it is a bad investment.

Neutral IVs will almost always be better than anything besides preferred boon/bane. And as above, you don't wan't to pull more for "better IVs" if you're not going to make use of them in a main arena team. Even a premium unit with crap IVs will do great on other game modes so simply having them is enough.

That Hector seems unusable, but that Grima is fine

Neutral grimma works totaly fine.
Hector's IVs are pretty bad, but keep in mind that thoses units are so buffed up and very strong that he is still usable. He isn't at his best, but he will work very well too.
