Bad IV units

Nobody likes getting a bad IV, but we all end up getting one anyways. Through team effort, build changes, and more investment; a bad IV can usually be circumvented and the unit can be salvaged.

Recently, I got a trash IV Micaiah that I've been having a lot of fun with. Though she misses out on a couple potential KOs, she manages to do just enough to where her IVs don't matter too much.

So I'm kinda curious about everyone else. Do you have a bad IV unit you enjoy using? Does the IV end up making you build more creative builds, if so what's your most creative build? Or do you just end up foddering the unit because they're irredeemable garbage?

The only bad ivs I really use are my S!Leo -Atk and my -Atk Ephraim. I tend to use 4 star promoted to 5 star and decent-good ivs on all my units. If the iv is bad enough usually they are fodder.

It's definitely easier not to screw up with 4 star units. Though it sucks when you get a seasonal and you know getting a better one probably won't happen.

I usually don’t use bad IV units, but luckily most of my units have perfect IV’s. If their IV’s don’t touch any vital stat, I use them anyway, but if I get a BAD IV it’s always for fodder

I have a +Res -HP W!Robin. Bad boon, decent bane. I managed to make him hit the 40 speed benchmark with a SS and refine, so I turned him into a speedy mixed tank with Berkut's Lance+. 50 attack (at +1), 40 speed and 35/36 defenses when attacked and with DC, he's my favorite armored unit, on par with my +Def -Spd M!Grima. He's awesome.

Also H!Henry, whom I have +Def -Atk. Bad bane, meh boon. But, I can turn him into a crazy speedy mixed tank with Blarowl+Def, Darting Stance (or Spd/Def Bond if I don't find a better candidate) Guard, Armor March and Def +3. He's pretty neat now, even if he isn't what I would have wanted in IVs.

I have so many...

1) -Atk +Res OG Azura, but since she's a dancer, I still use her, anyway. I gave her Fury 2, WoM 3, and Moonbow, and she still does really well.

2) -Atk +Spd OG Hector. He's still got the default Armads, but I gave him Swap, Bonfire, and Vantage 3. I'll throw Atk +3 seal on him if I need him for something.

3) -Atk +HP LA!Hector, but I gave him Swap, Hone Armor, and also Atk +3 seal. He definitely gets more use than the OG Hector.

4) -Atk +HP Karla. I gave her Attack +3 for her A skill and Draw Back from one of the 3* fodder units who had it.

5) -Spd +HP Brave Roy. I gave him Reciprocal Aid since getting him below 75% threshold will activate his Desperation 3 skill, and he has Steady Blow 2. I could always give him a Speed +3 seal and put him on a horse emblem team, and Galeforce has saved my butt a few times on some maps.

I'm sure I have more, but I'm just happy to have these units. That being said... once I get better ones, I'll probably either merge them or use them as fodder lol.
