Bad IV Hector to Bad IV (WT) Reinhardt?

I have only one unit with distant counter, which is (LA) Hector.
However, he has bad IVs, being -Def/+Spd.
Meanwhile, I recently got a (WT) Reinhardt, also with bad stats, being
-Atk/+Hp.
Is it worth it for Reinhardt to inherit distant counter from my hector?

The real question you SHOULD be asking yourself is...

"Does Reinhardt REALLY need Distant Counter?"

Once you answer that question, then your current dilemma should be easier to solve. In my opinion, it's not even worth it for Reinhardt to inherit DC even with optimal IVs, but that's just my opinion.

Attacking 4 times using the Quick Riposte and Meisterschwert combo is tempting. Is it worth killing off Hector for even better matchups? No. Reinhardt functions perfectly well as an offensive phase only unit. Plus, Blazing Armads is a really good weapon and it'd be a waste to get rid of it.

........................you do realize that even with those ivs. Hes basically a neutral regular hector right? But ye sure hes unusable bec of his ivs. U should get rid of him asap

For extremely rare skills like DC, you need to ask yourself one simple question - will the unit in about to inherit this to be part of my "main" team (arena core, heavy use on GHBs, etc)? If not, then don't do it. I would have to think you have better uses for your one DC fodder piece than a shitty Swordhardt, particularly when there is a wealth of sword units with native DC, including a "free" GHB cavalry unit in Xander.
