Bad IV Delthea merging

Hey guys,
I did a yolo summon a minute ago to get Jaffar. For some stupid reason, I got him from my first orb (+spd -hp) and then I just decided to finish the session, because RNGesus must have just smiled upon me and got Delthea which is +spd -atk, which is ultra mediocre.

I already have Delthea with +def -spd which is even worse, so I was thinking about a merge. Merging gives her atk and hp and would mean losing 3 points in attack and def, but gaining 6 points in speed. I know that it's quite stupid to ask if it's worth it this way, but thanks to B tomebreaker, the current Delthea never really cared about speed and she could kill most red with one shot, so her attack was her most important stat for me, which is why I would be kind of afraid of losing even just 3 points in it.

PS: foddering one of them for drive atk (which is quite a strong skill) is also an option I guess, but not really my favorite, because Delthea is probably my most used mage, since she makes brave weapon users (and many other heroes) into complete monsters and she can also fight on her own, so making her just slightly better seems like a better way to go.

I would say use the +Spd -Atk. You could easily run a desperation set on her, and -Atk is nowhere near as detrimental as -Spd. Merge the original one into her to pass over the skills.
This is, however, only my recommendation. In the end, the final decision is up to you. Which is more important for you? Drive Attack fodder, or having a potentially much stronger unit?

First off, I'd probably merge them. I just don't think Drive Attack is good enough of an ability to fodder what is IMO the second best mage currently in the game (after Reinhardt. You could argue Nino is about on the same level). I merged the extra one I had.

TBH, I'd probably keep the +Def/-Spd one as insane as that sounds at first. The thing about those IVs is they don't damage her one-shot nuking Bread and Butter build, which is Death Blow, Blue Tomebreaker, and Drive Attack. That combination allows her to outduel every blue mage (don't attempt to bait Reinhardt or Blade Tome Olwen though unless you do the math) and one-shot the vast majority of red units (she has *just* enough punching power to OHKO Black Knight).

Now if you go for the +Spd one, I think you have to double down on her speed and go with L&D 3 as her A skill over Death Blow and Desperation over Blue Tomebreaker, as she'll now rely on more doubling to kill a couple units like Black Knight and Fury Ryoma as well as keep within the speed range of faster blue mages. I personally don't like that build as much, because it doesn't improve her key matchups, and it makes her both frailer and more difficult to utilize as you have to get her into Desperation mode.
