Bad Elise vs Genny- Which is Better?

Hmmmm Elise cause she's a horse unit and can hit targets further away than Genny is able to, but with Genny you can have both wrathful and dazzle skills which can give better kill power when needed.......... I say work both!

I don't think that IVs really matter for those builds because you're trying to do a ton of chip damage rather than outright kill. I still think that Elise has the edge because of her mobility and access to Cavalry buffs, but both still do the job fine.

Also, if I remember correctly, don't -Spd Elise and +Spd Genny sit at the same Spd value of 29?

+spd Genny has the same spd as -spd Elise while hitting for 3 atk harder. Meanwhile, +res Elise has a few crucial points of res more than -res Genny, which can be quite good for ploys. If you want to pick one to spam savage blow and one to ploy, I think the choice is obvious.

Pain+ cares about staff, double savage blow and beeing able to live trough enemy phase.
You have Ethlyn as a free 5* TT reward healer so use her, she has nice speed and defence so she will be hard to ORHKO exept for the fastest units but she can have horse buffs to fix it up.

I had the same predicament not too long ago, can’t remember Genny’s IV’s off the top of my head but my Elise is +Res/-Def. Elise’s mobility is a huge plus, as well as having the ability to receive Hone Cav buff. I foddered Genny to her for Wrathfull Staff and gave her somewhat of a budget build. If I get better IV’s in the future, that would be awesome but she performs beautifully. Looking to give her Pain+ later but this build still works great for me
