Finally got my first normal Celica. However, her -atk +res isn't looking great...
How can I rectify this without 5* exclusive skills (Odd Atk Wave is out of the question, for example)?
If you want to "fix" her IV then give her a +atk seal or give her fury or LnD or if you have the resource give her swiftsparrow.
You can build a team around and give her teamamtes some ally buffing skills.
You can also make her into a defensive mage with +res and her default DD and if you give her DD in seal then she will be able to tank pretty well.
I'll see about the atk seal. Less hair-pulling that way. Besides, I don't have the A skill fodder ready for those skills (and my playstyle doesn't mix well with L&D, so there's that).
