B slot skill for healer

I got those two, Elise from LB (+def - res) and Lucius (+hp -atk). I had few thoughts on builds for them but i dont know what b slot to choose.
Elise is more of a dmg dealer, defiant atk is great here but with wrathfull staff wich i have on her, but i feel like she desperately needs dazzling staff for staying in defiant range and not getting KO'ed, i know, the way it is its counter productive. (Using her without cav buffs)
As for Lucius he is there to provide chip damage with double salvage blow ( need more Camilla for that).
In either case i would appreciate to hear out your thoughts on building those two, because i am lacking expirience with healers. Never thought i will use them or even promote them.

PS i want a budget build if possible since im not ready yet to kill Genny or B!Lyn nor summon for those two.

If you arent using wrathful dazzle combo, use wings of mercy/guard/live to serve

I will use them if i cant find better skill for b slot. I think i wished too much from them on a budget after all

Live and Serve 2 is a good budget skill for healers, it's what I use most the time.
I would probably recommend +atk 3 or + spd 3 for the A slot, but defiant attack works just as well.
Miracle is also a really nice special for healers, to give them an extra round to live, and with martyr or live and serve they can regain their hp pretty easily.

I guesss its great for Lucius but for Elice with defiant skill is rather useless due to 50% hp threshold ......
I used defiant for getting up to 50 atk but that hardly usable with unbuffed Elice. I would use deathblow if its inheritable for healers but i have ver 2 only of said skill.
